2009 Can-Am Spyder Roadster - Price: 5000 in Naples, California

xxxx Can-Am Spyder Roadster GS SM5. The vehicle is offered on a ?as is, where is? basis with no warranty whatsoever. The
actual accumulated mileage is 116,619 miles. The odometer was automatically reset to zero at 62,137 miles (100,000
kilometers). The current odometer reading is 54,482 miles (62,137 + 54,482 = 116,619). The manufacturer of the vehicle,
Bombardier Recreational Products, updated the computer software controlling the odometer to prevent the early reset to zero
for all vehicles which had not yet experienced the reset. Unfortunately, this change came too late to benefit this vehicle.
To the best of my knowledge, there are only two Spyders for which the change came too late.
This vehicle has received tender loving care from day one. All required maintenance and repairs have have been performed by
certified Spyder technicians. The only significant warranty repair was a leaking water pump, which was replaced early-on.
The engine, transmission, clutch, drive belt, and front and rear sprockets are original. The power steering unit was
replaced under a factory recall, which was precautionary in nature. The vehicle currently has automobile rated tires, which
are a popular replacement option amongst Spyder owners, but not necessarily recommended by the manufacturer (installed by
Spyder dealer). The emissions canister has been removed and could be easily reinstalled by the buyer (not required in home
state). The vehicle has never been in an accident, nor has it ever been damaged in any similar way.
